- Account opening and servicing — Account opening procedure, document requirements and client verification process.
- Trading rules — Order placement and execution conditions, settlement, and asset custody on segregated depository accounts.
- Fees and commissions — Trading commissions, depository services, deposit/withdrawal fees. The current tariff is provided at onboarding.
- Limitation of liability — The Exchange is not liable for client losses resulting from their investment decisions, force majeure, or third-party actions.
- Dispute resolution — Pre-trial settlement via the EVDE office; court disputes are subject to the courts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Termination — Conditions for unilateral and mutual contract termination, procedure for withdrawing client assets.
